We are a Paediatric Allied Health Service where we aim to bring play-based therapy to the clients we work with. We've got many exciting new projects in the works this year...and are expanding our team.

This role is an in-person role. This is a part-time role for the successful applicant while working closely with other key team members, including occupational therapist, speech pathologist, psychologist, physiotherapist, dietetics, and a fantastic administration team.
This position involves working mainly during business hours, but flexibility is vital. Also, because our business caters to children and adolescents, our work hours vary to fit the clients' needs from 7am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
We don't need you to have worked in private practice previously, however, it would be ideal. But we do need you to have a good understanding of how administration tasks, working with others from different fields, and the importance of a client journey works We need you to make sure that we are consistent and reliable from start to finish, with the client journey being the focus of what we do.

- Integrates all primary operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction.
- Our Administration Team work with multiple stakeholders, including families, clinicians and other medical staff.
- Effectively collaborates with all team members and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with teammates. Realises the unique contributions and ideas that the owners have and the vision for the practice.
- Effectively resolves issues—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the issues practically and healthily. Assists the administration team in being healthy, functional, and cohesive.
- Attention to detail and understanding the bigger picture are vital to the role; you’ll be the final check before something is implemented.

**Skills and experience**
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Customer Service
- Experience with Medicare and NDIS.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check or NDIS Workers Screener.
- Competent computer skills, including using Apple products.
Desirable Criteria:
- 2+ years of working as a medical receptionist.
- Experience with Coreplus and Xero.
