This could be just the opportunity you've been looking for Due to an internal promotion, we have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our central Employee Relations team

Our Employee Relations team supports managers and Employees to foster good working relationships, with a balance of business and associate advocacy, and supports them to get back on track, when things aren't working as they should. The role serves as the point of contact for all Employee
Relations issues and enquiries within an identified cross segment, cross functional client group within Australia and New Zealand.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations or similar role;
- Deep knowledge in applicable employment and labor relations regulations with experience of managing union related activities, interpretation of industrial instruments;
- Experience leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations, including planning, partnering and execution of a strategic negotiation strategy that supports long term business objectives;
- Ability to rapidly mobilize and manage internal and external resources to mitigate business risk;
- Willingness and ability to undertake domestic travel as required, including overnight travel.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Responsible for managing and resolving Employee Relations queries, and escalated issues;
- Partner with and coach line managers on performance management process and documentation;
- Partner with line managers on processes related to separations, severance options and transition
assistance;
- Partner with legal counsel to represent the business in legal and governmental proceedings;
- Perform associate relations investigations; and
- Prepare findings and recommendations based on policies, practices and processes.
