Administration / Accounts Coordinator - Electronic/CCTV Security Industry

**The roles**
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Entering work orders and quote requests into job management system
- Invoicing service work
- Preparation of end of month supplier invoices
- Preparation of documentation for company and client distribution
- Other administrative duties as required

**To be successful in this position it is essential you have**
- Previous experience in a trade based organisation will be highly regarded
- Minimum 3 years full-time working experience in an administration role
- The ability to work well under deadlines, to prioritise, and to be accountable
- Demonstrated written and verbal accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Fast accurate typing skills (must be able to type minimum 50wpm)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- working in a trades type company: 1 year (preferred)
