**About the role**

**Skills and experience**
- Have experience troubleshooting Pin-Pad issues (M400 preferably)
- Possess excellent debugging capability within VHQ / Quest / Payment switch.
- Have strong experience in understanding and debugging file transfer systems.
- Be capable of documenting & reviewing knowledge base articles.
- Possess excellent written and spoken communications skills.
- 2-3 years' experience working with VHQ to load software upgrades
- 2-3 years' experience working with Quest, troubleshooting pin-pad logs
- Experience within an ITIL framework.
