**The Opportunity & Requirements**

We have an exciting key role available joining our Business Development team based in Ormeau. In this role you will assist the National Bid Manager and Business Development team in the research and preparation of bids/tender submissions, as well as liaising with other departments within Skyline. You will also have a primary focus on continuous improvement and development of our document presentation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Undertake administrative tasks and provide general support to the Bid Team during tenders.
- Assist with the creation of clear, concise Project Mandates, Business Cases, Project Plans and Response Documents according to defined criteria.
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling checks prior to submission, while ensuring submission deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the development and growth of our Submissions Content Library.
- Maintaining a register of standard content to assist with preparing responses.
- Prepare for meetings, including weekly Business Development meetings, attend and take minutes as required.

- Administration and marketing experience (3+years).
- Outstanding, mature and professional verbal and written skills.
- Self motivated and confident.
- Adaptable approach to undertaking additional responsibilities as they arise.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to engage with the Bid Team.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs.
- High level or formatting and document presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing ideas and strategies.
