This is a Key Specialist Role to support major projects of the business. Accountable to increase the all-round performance, reliability of CAT Fleet.

The **PSA Specialist** will increase the all-round performance, reliability, and availability of the designated Caterpillar product line, by communicating and improving the preventative maintenance strategy and product support effectiveness while also working to reduce customer costs and return on investment.

You will be an onsite high-level Caterpillar experienced trained personnel and is the link between the Customer, Westrac and Caterpillar for all technical product information, documentation, and continuous improvement within the maintenance support process.

This role will pro-actively assist with Customer Preventative Maintenance schedules, maintenance teams planning work scopes, trouble shooting, technical reporting as well as product instruction/training strategies to improve Caterpillar product knowledge to the work group

The **PSA Specialist** will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as agreed with the PSG Branch Manager, emphasis on providing technical assistance and support to the customer’s site maintenance work teams as well as the Westrac project work group as required

**Location**: FIFO from Perth

**Roster Option **(Inclusive of Super and based on experience)**:
**8:6** (8 days on, 6 off - 12-hour shifts) - **$235,000 - $242,000**

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Proven Caterpillar Dealership Experience
- Highly developed communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes.
- Advanced report writing skills - knowledge of performance metrics
- Proficient in the use of Caterpillar software programs, Sis2, ET, DBS, CRM
- High level of competency with hydraulic and electrical schematics and systems.
- Icam analysis - Accident/Incident investigation experience or equivalent 1 x day course.

**Education/Certificates**
- Relevant Mechanical HD trade qualification with a minimum of 5+ years post trade’ maintenance experience with Caterpillar Mining Equipment.
- High risk licence with certifications to work at height, operate EWP and forklift/telehandler
- Dogging /riggers certification
- Drivers Licence - Australian valid - Class C, HR.
