**Job Description**:
SGS is looking for a BID Coordinator to join the team near Perth Airport.

Duties include, however are not limited to:

- Coordinate compliance requirements and collate documentation for the bid.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders - SGS Legal, SGS OI, SGS Business to ensure that all relevant documents are available for bid submission.
- Ensure the documentation is applicable to bid scope.
- Ensure that the bid planning tool is maintained with responsibilities delegated accordingly to internal stake holders.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the Natural Resources sales team and across other business unit sales teams to update bid documents.
- Develop, manage and maintain CRM records in line with policy and the CRM strategy.
- Provide managerial assistance and account management for the minerals business.
- Identify service improvements or new services by identifying industry trends, market activities, and monitoring competitors’ activity.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree and / or relevant experience.
- Strong administration skills and experience to maintain bid documentation and library
- ITY competent to ensure bid salesforce requirements are updated
- Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Excellent customer service, client support, and business service consulting skills
