**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank.

To help us continue to grow our business the Citi Consumer Payments team currently has an exciting opportunity for a Product Performance Manager to be a key part of the Credit Cards Portfolio Functions and Payments team.

The Product Performance Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with Network schemes (Visa and Mastercard), delivering portfolio payments solutions and establishing a process to facilitate Network scheme engagement across the Citi Consumer Division.

**Day to day you will**:
Key to the successful integration of Citi Consumer business is the migration of Citi Consumer customers into NAB. It is an opportunity to put your skills at work to act as the voice of the customer work as a critical team member to deliver an exceptional migration experience for our customers.

As the Product Performance Manager, you will manage multiple pieces of work, and will bring a critical thinking mindset and the ability to solve complex problems in a simple and scalable manner, you understand the need to deliver strong outcomes aligned to the strategy and scope of the work.

**Day to day you will**:

- Establish and manage a governance framework to ensure NAB Citi Consumer Division is compliant with operational Network scheme mandates, and to communicate the roadmap of change.
- Be responsible for managing portfolio payments deliverables including force statements, card carrier, welcome packs and other job packs including key fact sheets and financial tables, card personalisation, key renewals etc.
- Support the change management process between the product teams, Vendor Services, and the Vendors themselves, and Network schemes.
- Identify events, customer pain points or issues and design and implement solutions that are compliant and meet customer needs.

With superb stakeholder management and 1st class communication skills that are second to none, you are a great influencer and negotiator. You come to us with:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to learn Credit Cards payment functions such as minimum payment due, authorization rules etc.
- A broad understanding of the Credit Cards Payment ecosystem
- Banking and payment experience is important
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders, to understand the system or process and design an optimal solution. You will conduct quality assurance or review accounts to determine the issue or confirm accurate implantation.
- Self-management, working independently and seeking guidance from others to meet objectives, plan and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
- Microsoft office and project management tools (e.g confluence, JIRA, card systems, Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio skills)

Working with Network schemes (Visa and Mastercard) and having Vision Plus/ ESC+ knowledge are an advantage and highly regarded. Prior experience in Credit Cards issuing business and project management skills and experience are also an advantage.
