**Plan Management Officer**
Are you looking for a fulfilling career where you can make a difference in the lives of others? United Disability Care is seeking a full time Plan Management Officer to join our team and help us support people with disabilities to love their life and live their dreams.

Based at out head office in Robina, you will be responsible for assisting new and existing Participants through budgeting and forecasting, to maximise their NDIS plans in a timely and efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working autonomously and being accountable. You will also understand the NDIS schedule of services, rules, and regulations, exceptional communication skills, a general understanding of budgeting and money management, experience in customer/client relationship management, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the funding for supports under a participant’s plan
- Managing and advising clients using a responsive, supportive approach
- Receiving and managing any funding provided by the NDIA
- Contributing proactively to an adaptable work team
- Maintaining and developing partnerships with key internal stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with key external NDIS providers and other relevant external stakeholders
- Processing and claiming provider payments twice weekly, for payment to external NDIS providers
- Timely submission of monthly client statements
- Regular maintenance of the information stored on the plan management software
- Maintaining a client base of approximately 65 clients, in order to achieve a minimum of 30% profit margin for the business
- Attend a minimum of 2 NDIS training sessions per year
- Attend disability expos in order to increase awareness of United Disability, and the services offered by the business

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working autonomously and being accountable
- Understanding of the NDIS schedule of services, rules and regulations
- Exceptional communication skills
- General understanding of budgeting and money management
- Experience in customer / client relationship management
- Attention to detail and a passion for helping others

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Right to work in Australia document (VISA documentation, Australian Birth Certificate, Passport)
