Are you an experienced Office Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career? Would you like to work for a locally owned company that is experiencing year on year growth in the automation and technical sector? Then I could have the role for you
**YOUR NEW ROLE**
This multifaceted role will see you managing and delivering on the effective and efficient running of the office environment, systems and processes to support the wider business operations. Managing the day-to-day support functions of the business to achieve optimum outcomes you will be responsible for, although not limited to:
- **Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and provide support to the management team**:
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable management**:
- **Assist with Audits - ISO9001 and ISO45001**:
- **Financial / Grant Management / Government Registrations and Industry Licenses Management**:
- **Manage 3rd party provider to ensure all HR process and functions are executed and deployed**:
- **IT Management - act as a link between staff and IT Support provider**:
- **Be willing to obtain First Aid, Fire Chief Warden and White Card Certification**
**ABOUT YOU**
You will thrive in a busy and fast pace environment where you will be juggling many balls at any one time. You can prioritise workloads with competing demands and take ownership of administrative tasks. You will be proactive, organised and passionate and show initiative, you will also have:
- **Cert IV Human Resources - highly favourable**:
- **Degree in Business - highly regarded**:
- **Previous experience in an Office Management position.**:
- **Intermediate level or above with Reckon / QuickBooks or similar**:
- **Intermediate to advanced level with Microsoft Suite**:
- **Strong communication skills - both written and verbal**:
- **Ability to oversee / manage a small team of 2 admin staff**
