**Description**:
Due to Ausreo’s continued growth, key leadership career opportunities have been created to support the successful execution of the national Construction Solutions’ business strategy. We are seeking people leaders with a proven track record of building high performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement. The State Manager positions will be based in both Victoria and NSW.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the General Manager - Construction Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Delivering Ausreo’s National Safety Plan.
Managing sales and segment planning to achieve market share targets.
Leading business development initiatives, commercial sales negotiations and networking activities while promoting opportunities to maximise contract sales.
Implementing cost management programs and executing capital investment projects to realise the required strategic outcomes.
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, aligned to national objectives, that will deliver continued growth in revenue and EBITDA.
Building a team culture that focuses on delivering customer service and operational excellence.
What will you bring to this role?
This is an exciting career opportunity for someone with a passion for leading and managing cross functional teams and other key stakeholders in the delivery of an outstanding customer experience. You will bring:
7+ years’ experience in the Building and Construction Industry or Building Products Industry.
Tertiary qualification and ideally post graduate studies in a relevant discipline.
Advanced working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles gained in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and building design and construction.
The ability to see ahead clearly, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately and their impact on the business.
Entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated by having worked in a fast moving organisation.
Understanding financial reporting and analysis at an advanced level.
