Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote (Preference for Metro Areas of Victoria, Australia)
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, at least once a month, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)** and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong drive and persistence in pursuing sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
- Patient and attentive listener, capable of engaging in lengthy discussions to understand client needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work remotely, with access to necessary technology and a stable internet connection.
- Located in or near metro areas of Victoria, Australia (preferred).
