**The Opportunity**

We're searching for a strategic-thinking People Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving our People strategy. In this dynamic and integral position, you'll collaborate closely with our Executives and leadership teams, providing valuable insights and guidance to enable an environment where people excel, and business goals and fund objectives are achieved.
This role is your opportunity to influence key decisions, using data-driven insights and innovative solutions to align our People strategy with broader business priorities. As a trusted advisor, you'll foster strong relationships and bring a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to everything you do.

As an experienced and tertiary-qualified HR professional, you will be adept at balancing strategic vision with practical execution. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you're a natural collaborator who builds trust and inspires confidence across teams.
