**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our Workforce Planning team in Jandakot. Workforce Planning’s primary purpose is to ensure all projects are undertaken with sufficiently skilled people to ensure success. The Workforce Planning Coordinator’s responsibility is ensure timely and efficient training and movement of Contract Resources’ (CR) staff to meet the Australian needs while ensuring compliance with CR policy and procedures.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating the workforce movements and ensuring the correct systems are documented and being utilised.
- Ensuring crew sheets are submitted for review by Project Manager and/or Supervisor.
- Review and Coordinate training and compliance in line with site requirements.
- Audit the crews to be mobilised to confirm they are suitably qualified to perform duties as determined by key stakeholders.
- Arrange travel arrangements, employment conditions and, where possible, immediate onsite requirements.
- Issue site inductions for several different sites.
- Review and arrange medical compliance inline with site requirements.
- Liaise with HR/HSEQ when required in relation to fit for work requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with employees regarding upcoming projects.
- Maintain database/s of project employee skills.
- Represent the Company appropriately in dealing with external parties including customers, suppliers, professional advisors, industry groups and other agencies as necessary.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Mobilisation or Workforce Planning role.
- Experience managing projects within the Mining, Resources and Energy sector.
- High level of computer literacy skills including experience using Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with databases such as MyPass, ERMS, INX and Workflow (highly desirable)
