- Due to continued growth of the business, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated Workforce Planning Coordinator with strong administration experience to join our team based in Jandakot, WA reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager._

**About the role**:

- Working with a great friendly and supportive team
- Training and upskilling are provided
- Management of rosters, flights and accommodation for all Contract Resources personnel
- Ensuring employee mobilisation is carried out in accordance with client/site requirements
- Coordinate crew movements between projects
- Identify crew training requirements, provide details to training personnel in line with specific contract/client requirements
- Maintain regular contact with employees regarding upcoming projects
- Provide Project Managers with support and advice on allocated project employees

**Demonstrating the following will be great**:

- Strong Office Administration skills - Word, Excel & organised
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential
- Be highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
- Mobilisation experience is highly desirable although not essential
- A current drivers license
