**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and organised **Training and Development Coordinator** to join our **Aviation Services** team at Brisbane Airport.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of on-site training and development programs, specifically supporting **cleaning and maintenance services**. You’ll work closely with operations to ensure staff are fully trained, competent, and compliant—delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance outcomes in line with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver site-based training programs aligned with contract obligations and company standards
- Collaborate with management to implement ongoing competency and refresher training
- Ensure compliance with Trident’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and training requirements
- Conduct inspections and training needs analyses
- Maintain accurate records and report on training performance

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a skills-based training role

**Skills**
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service focus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
