Role

As the Training Coordinator based in the Brisbane H/O you will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and reporting of all training and assessment for Lendlease and subcontractors working within the region. Operating with external stakeholders you will need to effectively develop and maintain relationships to deliver positive training outcomes. You will drive the coordination of training in order to ensure the compliance of Lendlease’s obligations for construction training programs and provide a range of reporting and administration duties as required for both internal and external parties.

**Requirements**:
- Experience working in a similar training coordination position within the construction, infrastructure, or mining sectors.- An understanding of the VET Training System is essential as too are scheduling and project management/budgeting skills.- Highly organised, have excellent time management and prioritisation skills be tech savvy with MS office packages and- Be an effective communicator who can build strong relationships.
