Healthy Smiles Dental Group is looking for an additional Front Office superstar We are one of Bupa’s first sedation clinic’s located in Blackburn South - we have over 35 talented & skilled team members and are looking for someone to join us to help create an unforgettable patient journey.

In this position you will be working along side our lovely reception team in engaging with patients in all aspects of the business. We are very focused on creating strong patient relationships, remembering a name and a face never goes unnoticed with our patients. Focused and detailed training will be given on all systems and practice policies while surrounded in a supportive and friendly environment. As a tight knit team, we work closely with each other and you will always have a supporting hand around.

The role has varied duties and covers all aspects of front desk responsibilities and extended administrative tasks. Experience in the dental industry is not essential, retail background and face to face customer service experience is preferred.

- Your day-to-day responsibilities will be: _

All employees are required to have a minimum of 3 vaccinations. Screening procedures for patients and employees are in place as well as daily practice wide sterilization procedures.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
