About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join our crew. You'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well looked after from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide recommendations on food and drinks when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area
  • Handle payments and POS transactions
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and public holidays
