We are Rate my Agent - rental agency of the year two years in a row and we have a small sales team which rounds off this predominantly residential focused agency.
**The role**
Being a Senior role you will, no doubt, bring substantial property management experience to this fast growing management business, you will work alongside a supportive team including experienced Property Managers, Administrative Support, and with regular positive engagement with the business owners.
We embrace technology to communicate as a team and streamline our workflow (e.g. paperless inspection reports, digital lease signing, 100% cloud-based software) but not at the cost of providing great service.
Day to day the position will include the following:
- Act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Respond to enquiries on advertised rental properties
- Conduct open inspections
- Book and complete routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and inspection reports
- Arrange completion of maintenance requirements
- Monitor and manage rental and water usage arrears
- Work with positivity and professionalism
- Deliver excellent customer service

- Previous experience in real estate is essential
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required and Real Estate Licence is highly desirable

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dulwich Hill, NSW 2203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
