**About our Opportunity**

As one of our Customer Service Administrators, you are an integral team member coordinating the day to day activities of our field team scheduling site visits. You will be apart of a professional close knit team where our team strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service, customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction as you navigate interactions between customers and field teams, providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. At times you will need to troubleshoot solutions when assisting customers with their enquiries.

In addition, you’ll:

- process orders, service quotes and job tickets into our in-house CRM
- book appointments with customers and assign jobs to field team
- formulate manifests and prepare documentation for field team
- work in partnership with production, purchasing and dispatch departments
- process invoices for payment

**About You**

We're looking to leverage your previous experience in the manufacturing industry where you understand the sequence of events when it comes to our industry. Coordinating or scheduling a service or trade team would be advantageous along with strong administration background. We’re looking for a team player with good people and relationship skills, someone who isn't easily affected when resolving problems that arise and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment with demonstrated capability in self-motivation and initiative., as essential to success in this role..

You must be/have:

- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- competency using MS Suite, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
