HTG is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service consultant to start as soon as possible.

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic person to be a part of our Operations team.

It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a busy work environment. To proactively coordinate an exceptional customer experience by accurately processing our customer orders and enquires with a prompt service following the point of sale.

Through this order delivery process, customers will feel confident with the knowledge, expertise and capability from both yourself and our team to deliver on time every time.

- Excellent customer skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Well spoken, bubbly, telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- General administration and operational support abilities
- Personal effectiveness to manage time and working to meet strict deadlines
- Collaborative in approach, a team player
- Enthusiastic, motivated and positive
- Confident when dealing with customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Telstra experience preferred not essential
