**Description**:
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mad Mex Outlet, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Lead your team in providing memorable dining experiences, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as a premier dining destination at Sydney International Airport.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Current RSA certificate (essential)
Barista experience/qualification (advantage)
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in airport or hospitality settings preferred
