**About You**
- ** Current AHPRA registration** as a Registered Nurse (Division 1), with extensive and recent post-registration clinical experience in the relevant specialty and sound knowledge of contemporary nursing and midwifery issues.
- ** Proven leadership and management capability**, with the ability to coach, support, and inspire a high-performing clinical team.
- ** Strong commitment to patient-centred care**, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement.
- ** Sound financial acumen**, with experience in budget development and monitoring financial performance.
- ** Demonstrated expertise in driving change**, including developing and implementing evidence-based models of care and initiatives that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
