**Your new company**
Our client is a leading full-service telecommunications company who strive to be a responsible and sustainable business. They operate several leading mobile and internet brands.

**Your new role**
- Review current policies and procedures in light of business processes and current industry practices like the ISO standards and ITIL
- Update and/or create documentation, to ensure that all business processes are documented in the same format / structure as per industry practices and are readily available to all users
- Support new process / changes with As Is and To Be documentation. Documenting the As Is and To Be processes in BPMN2.0.
- Highlight any gaps in processes and recommend any potential consolidation / alignment across artefacts of various departments
- Update documentation in a timely manner following internal / external audits by working with business stakeholder

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working as a Process / Technical Writer
- Experience in creating Process Flowcharts
- Effective facilitation, negotiation and customer management skills
- An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
- Experience in collating and documenting requirements
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload

**What you'll get in return**
