**Leading Government client is hiring for Proposal Writer for their team based in Sydney Initial 14 weeks contract plus very high possibility for extension APPLY NOW** **ROLE OVERVIEW** The Proposal Document Manager is a key member of the CMIC team and will work primarily with the bid team of the opportunity, as well as assigned aligned functions supporting this opportunity. The Proposal Document Manager understands the O2O process and supports the bid and sales team by helping to develop bid tender content and integrate this content into proposals, presentations and other client deliverables, according to IBM business rules and standard processes. The Proposal Document Manager is proficient in the use of standard software packages used for document composition, editing and publishing, managing classified IBM information, following IBM business rules and standard processes. **Key Tasks** - Working to strict deadlines, a PDM is required to produce and proposal document deliverables on media specified by the Client or the Bid Manager, Opportunity Owner, or sales team representative. PDM's Deliverables are in soft copy only which include but are not limited to the following: - Creating a proposal shell or template based on the RFP requirements for authors to begin integrating their inputs o Sourcing and inclusion of accurate and relevant pre-existing IBM assets eg IBM Company Info and Proposal Inserts etc - Advising on appropriate templates and formats (font size, font color, lay out and etc.); for example, formatting of Statement of Work which is part of RFP response package and other proposal templates o Coordinating the iterative integration of contributions into the document by recognizing and calling out irregularities in document flow or content - Conversion of document types: from PDF to MS Word/PPT, re-create tables or charts from a PDF to MS Word/PPT - Producing consistent high quality final documents - Managing the document version control process including: - Managing all artifacts or previous proposals, documents required to provide comprehensive proposal/SOW publishing support for customized publication requirements and strict deadlines - Managing multiple versions of files and back-ups on appropriate communities and teamrooms, etc - Working collaboratively with other PDM colleagues and have a backup system in place to make sure proper task delegation - Following the approval processes required for the release of "sensitive" information, for example, customer references, HR and financial information - Maintaining appropriate security controls for documents. **If interested APPLY NOW** **_Aishwariya Aramakrishnan_** **_Recruitment Specialist_** **_Let's Connect_**- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply._ State: QLD, licensee/s Manpower Services (Australia) Pty Ltd, LHL-02026-D5L4Q.
