**Your new company**
NSW state government department with a large, blue and white collar workforce, based in the CBD with hybrid working arrangements.

**Your new role**
- Join a fast-paced organisational design and implementation project team.
- You will support the project with role design (Senior executive and non-executive roles), change management (including communications plans and materials), hiring manager support, recruitment project support and onboarding experience.
- Undertake reviews of labour levels, allowances and workforce composition
- Building deep knowledge of the business and working closely with business owners to improve their understanding of their workforce
- Assist with periodic budgeting and forecasting processes and development of reporting solutions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experienced role designer and role description writer, MERCER accreditation preferred.
- Expert knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment legislation.
- Proficient business writer with experience delivering change and internal communications.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives.

**What you'll get in return**
- Temporary assignment running to September

- Competitive hourly rate of up to $75 per hour + super
