Our client, has earned a reputation as one of Sydney's leaders in occupational medicine. Specialising in the treatment and management of workplace injuries, they pride themselves in offering outstanding care to their patients.

Working as a senior key member of the patient accounts team your responsibilities will include:
Full Function Accounts Receivable
Accurate high-volume receipting and allocation of payments (100+ invoices per day)
Collection calls and efficiently handling any admin duties required by customers
Reimbursements
Completion of all month end reconciliations
Generating monthly statements and processing reminders
Investigating and resolving queries, relating to non-payment of invoices
Billing in E-Claims on a daily basis
Accounting Software implementation
Implementing project improvements
Trend analysis
To be successful in this role you will be have following skills and attributes:
Experience in a similar environment with analytical skills
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and numeracy skills.
Previous experience working with medical patient accounts would be an advantage but not essential.
Advanced Excel, MYOB experience

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
