Join Our Finance Team at The Travel Corporation
Position**:Accounts Receivable Officer**
Location**:Bondi Junction** (Office-based 3 to 5 days per week)

Are you passionate about numbers, detail-oriented and love working in a collaborative environment? We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team supporting two of our iconic travel brands Trafalgar and Adventure World.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Accurately process and record receipting transactions and journals across multiple platforms (Oracle, Calypso, Tropics)
- Action refunds via EFT, payment gateways, and credit cards
- Reconcile daily reports from CyberSource, TravelPay, and Mint to bank accounts
- Respond to internal queries from our Reservations team and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general ledger and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Support the Management Accountant with ad-hoc reporting and tasks
- Maintain well-organised records and accurate filing of financial documentation

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting support role
- Confidence using Excel and Word (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

**Nice to Have**
- Formal accounting qualifications
- Previous experience working with Oracle or other accounting platforms
- Familiarity with travel industry systems like Calypso or Tropics
