**Job Overview**

This role is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe operations of all warehouse Inbound and Outbound activities.

Specific areas of operation include:
- Receiving stock & put away process of Company Inbound stock
- Receive local deliveries of Company stock. Check quantities & quality and store accurately. Pass paperwork onto Supervisor
- Keep picking shelves restocked with stock from bulk storage
- Picking, packing & dispatch of all Company Sales Orders
- Pick & pack customer orders using RF technology to achieve agreed Company turn around times
- Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork
- Place orders with suppliers.
- Maintain stock levels
- Assist the sales and customer service teams
- Receive in bound calls, processing customer inquiries
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn, be pro active aptitude.

Occupational Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with Company workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Keep Warehouse & surrounding areas clean & tidy

Responsibility covers the effective organisation of your daily work routines, ensuring the adequate resolution of any problems that may occur. Ongoing process improvements and vigilant concern for all employee safety is expected. Proactively participate as “One team” creating a calm and cohesive work environment in which any issues are resolved in a timely and fair manner.

- Ensure all Inbound & Outbound activities are executed efficiently and deployed processes are adhered to.
- Warehouse Supervisor to review
- Ensure products received meet internally published Quality Assurance standards.
- Ensure the security, protection and maintenance of company assets at all times.

**Skills / Experience / Qualifications**
- Ability to work proactively as part of a team
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Strong oral and written communication
- Computing skills
- Experience working within a team.
- Experience in the Security industry, not essential but desired.
- Previous Picking and Packing experience, not essential but desired.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bondi, NSW 2026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Security system: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
