**Job Description**:
Your role:
We are currently looking to appoint a Contracts Manager ANZ who will be responsible for managing and executing the workflow of commercial contracts for the Australian and New Zealand businesses.
- collaborates with the business to negotiate contract terms, prepares contracts for review, and ensures compliance with company policy as well as applicable laws/regulations.
- Monitors existing contracts and licensing agreements to ensure timely renewals, verifies credit status and resolves problems to achieve high-level customer satisfaction.
- Advises management on contractual responsibilities and key contractual terms and helps resolve problems that may arise under company agreements.
- Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, interpretation and/or administration of contracts, subcontracts, license agreements and primarily vendor agreements.
- Advise the Australian and New Zealand organisation on its legal rights and obligations and in particular highlighting the legal risk exposure of different and varied transactions with diverse business units.
- Draft or review and advise upon contracts of varying types, leases, distribution, licensing and loan agreements, securities, and other commercial arrangements to safeguard the organisation’s interests and conduct negotiations of same.
- Render support to the APAC VP Legal and/or corporate HQ in vendor contracts, sales agreement and other ad hoc projects or reports, upon request of the APAC VP Legal.
- Carrying out the company secretarial function, including completing and lodging regulatory filings with the corporate regulator.
- Work with the credit team regarding collection issues and external debt collection provider matters.
- Seasoned professional individual contributor.
- Manage projects/processes.
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
- Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.

What you bring to the role:

- Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
- 5+ years of functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific commercial contract experience.
- Customer focused with acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
- Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
