Cleaner (Casual)

Clean ‘n’ Tidy Property Services has provided quality cleaning services to commercial offices and residential strata complexes since 1992. We have a reputation for a high standard of service and have well established relationships with clients and Strata Management companies.

We are seeking to strengthen our team with another professional cleaner in our residential strata sector. Our sites are within the Sydney CBD, lower North Shore, Inner West and South Sydney districts. An immediate start is available, Monday 7 hours, and 4 hours each day Tuesday to Friday.

Duties include all aspects of cleaning the common areas of strata buildings, including waste management, which includes the moving of garbage bins to collection areas and the sanitisation of bins and garbage rooms.

Shifts are available primarily Monday to Friday, but some weekend shifts are required at some buildings, including Public Holidays. Equipment and uniforms are provided.

**Salary**: $21.18 - $28.45 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosebery, NSW 2018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
