Our client is a council in the Riverina Murray Region of south-western New South Wales.
**About the Role**
The Manager Transport is responsible for leading the management and delivery of infrastructure services related to council’s road and transport assets.
**Duties**
- Develop, implement, manage, and review strategies and plans, and budget
- Providing specialist advice, support and information regarding road and transport assets.
- Facilitate excellent customer service and community engagement.
- Lead, develop and manage a team
**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary degree and or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in managing roads operations, project management, and financial management.
- Customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- White Card & Current Drivers License
