As a

**What you’ll be doing**
As a UX/UI Designer you’ll
- Facilitate design reviews and usability testing with system and end users
- Create and manage UI designs, and prototypes (low and high fidelity, where appropriate)
- Understand the needs of the customer before, during and after their use of our services in stores
- Create and share easy to understand maps of user experience for the team and stakeholders to understand
- Ensure all UI designs meet the definition of ready prior to development commencing
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies - daily stand-up, planning, showcases, retrospectives
- Actively participate & deliver a distinct and usable design system for Stores Technology that is scalable

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Experience as a UX/UI designer working on projects in a large enterprise environment
- Experience creating simple, powerful user experiences in web and mobile interactions
- Strong working knowledge of information architecture, task-flow models, wire-framing, design specifications and guidelines
- Strong documentation, communication and prototyping skills
- Knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Figma etc
- Significant knowledge of user-centred design methodologies.
- Ability to work on projects of all sizes and complexity across multiple platforms.
- A good understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to articulate what is and isn’t possible
