As the
**Product Owner - Mobile App** you will be joining the team that will be supporting

For the Product Owner, this offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the early stages of the product and can take ownership over the direction and vision of the app. Furthermore, you will be collaborating with a variety of different functions across Kmart as we look to enable all the key value streams across Kmart Digital.

**What you’ll be doing**

**As a Product Owner - Mobile App in our Customer Technology team you’ll**:

- Demonstrate experience as a Product Owner or Manager and be well versed in product life cycle, MVP, and iterative development
- Create the appropriate mindset and experience so that feedback is provided and given in a constructive manner to create value
- Provide vision and direction to your squad, inspiring them to think creatively to achieve the agreed mission and metrics
- Work alongside the business owners to ensure that they are engaged, aligned, and supportive of direction
- Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with relevant product owners, tech leads, and UX leads.
