As part of Kmart’s Marketing and Loyalty Technologies team, you will also be contributing to the establishment and enhancement of a best-in-breed marketing and loyalty platform.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a
**Lead UX Designer **working for Kmart you will:

- Practise user-cerntred design to ensure the customer is brought into the design process at every stage
- You have the ability to conduct user requirements analysis including gathering insights, creating user scenarios and task analysis
- You have extensive experience with software such as Sketch, Invision and Photoshop
- Experience working with AB testing analysts to refine the live customer experience

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Design, User Experience or equivalent experience
- You have the ability to work closely with developers and Uxers to ensure that any new UI Design patterns are feasible and easy to use
- You experience identifying continious improvement activities
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- You love mentoring and leading a team
- Have the ability and experience to assist in the development of specific usability guideslines and patterns
