Melbourne, Australia Davidson Group Services Full time

This is a 3 month initial contract opportunity with views of extensions within the centralised change team or could even lead to joining this organisation permanent capacity. This role is Melbourne based with hybrid working from home flexibility.

**What you will be doing**:

- Communication of written work instructions, frameworks and procedures for Tasking and Coordination
- Establishing and implementing a communication and engagement plan associated with all change requirements of the Digital Solution and updated ways of working
- Developing and facilitating training, including any e-learning
- Planning and coordinating a range of change related activities within project schedule including business readiness assessments and facilitating workshops and learning sessions to embrace and drive change
- Clearing defining objective, targets and measures to assess change effectiveness and integrate change management planning and evaluation with the broader organisational change standards.

**About you**:

- Have obtained a relevant tertiary qualification in change management, project management or equivalent work experience.
- Having sound knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodology and framework (PROSCI, ADKAR)
- Demonstrated experience driving change activities within technology projects
- Ability to engage and build capability through a variety of learning approaches to cater to a diverse range of stakeholder groups
- Excellent process mapping and written instruction development skills
- Training design experience and confidence in facilitation, including the delivery of e-modules
