Skills and experience required:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer focused attitude
- Willingness to think outside of the box
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and tasks
- Experience working as a Support Analyst in a cooperate environment.
- Experience providing end user support by resolving staff enquiries and problems, including complaints and disputes
- Experience maintaining, administering, and supporting all laptop computers
- Experience maintaining and updating standard operating environments
- Experience performing daily backup operations
