IT Support Technician

**The role**

We are seeking to attract a talented **IT Support Technician** with a broad and adaptable skillset, a keen problem solver that can think on their feet and handle high pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritise workloads between Service Desk tickets, projects, and ad-hoc requests. This includes supporting our staff across Australia, many of these with varying technical abilities.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the prospect of working on a range of different tasks, projects, and requests. Providing an exciting and varied work environment each day.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing technical support to staff including end-user computing, MFD, AV support and other IT-related technical requirements
- Action requests received via the IT ticketing system, in-person visits and by phone
- Creating and maintaining knowledge-base articles for the team
- Maintaining IT Assets including Site Equipment, Laptops and Mobile Devices
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees and IT assets
- Mobilising, supporting, and demobilising of project offices IT infrastructure equipment.

**About you**
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in PC builds and deployment both manual and via Intune
- Windows 10/11 OS Support
- Apple iOS support
- Microsoft 365/Azure/AD/Intune administration
- Networking experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, Meraki Wireless
- Knowledge of MS Office productivity and communication technologies (eg. MS Office/Teams etc).
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic nature, ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and be well organised.
- Driver’s licence
- Ability to travel local/interstate as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline (eg. TAFE or University degree);
- ITIL certified, desirable
