**_Maintenance Officer - Part Time, 25hrs _**

The Australian Trade Training College is a large private RTO with three Campuses located on the North and Southside of Brisbane and one Campus in Toowoomba.

Each Campus has a large technical training facility where VET in School students, Apprentices and trade program participants are trained in a replicated workplace environments.

As an RTO, we are in continuous growth and have an exciting opportunity for a part time Maintenance Officer to join our team. The role will work across the three Campuses of Brendale, Banyo and Meadowbrook.

Reporting to the Campus Coordinator, this is a great chance to join a supportive team and work in a well-established organisation. This is a new role, come on board and make it your own

**Required Skills**:

- Some demonstrated experience in different types of basic maintenance work
- Working knowledge of standard machines and tools, including their uses and repair
- Knowledge of WHS with a focus on safety
- Friendly, energetic and a good verbal communicator
- Basic computer skills
- Be resourceful, flexible, and self-motived to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
- Hold a valid driver licence

**Job Role**:

- Carry out a wide range of entry level maintenance across the campuses
- Work, Health and Safety - identify and respond to safety risks and hazards
- Assist with rooM/Facilities set up for events, graduations etc
- Equipment and Tool Inventories maintained
- Yard / Ground maintenance
- Furniture / equipment relocation
- Cleaning of fleet vehicles as required
