Working on a variety of projects, from enterprise CMS websites to experience-driven campaigns, you'll need to bring the latest in headless architecture, web and mobile, along with a keen interest in AR and AI technology and beyond, to craft the perfect solution for our clients. **Role Requirements**: - Lead and manage internal, client and partner technical teams in the delivery of technical solutions. - Scope and document technical and performance requirements and architect, design and specify scalable and 'fit for purpose' technical solutions. - Define technical activities for complex and medium to large projects and estimate and quote on required effort, resources and timelines. - Own and continuously improve and ensure the adoption of Ogilvy technical standards, processes and methodologies. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Advanced experience and knowledge in two or more of the following technologies are required**:React.js, Node.js, Next.js**: - Knowledge of.NET, C#, PHP, SQL, MySQL, Flutter, Sitecore CMS, Drupal CMS, HTML/CSS/JS, and API service/microservice architecture is highly beneficial but not strictly required. - Proven experience leading and managing technical project teams through the delivery of medium to large development projects. - Advanced understanding of the software development and testing methodologies, such as agile. - Bachelor's degree in an IT related area or relevant experience.
