**About the r**ole**

As a Technical Lead, you’ll guide engineering practices and mentor developers to deliver secure, high-quality software. You’ll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to embed best practices and support technical growth across our enterprise platforms.

** What you'll do**
- Lead engineering practices across your team, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality code reaches production efficiently.
- Coach and mentor engineers to build capability and embed modern development practices.
- Act as the technical point of contact for your team, connecting with domain experts and stakeholders.
- Promote secure software development through code reviews, threat modelling, and lifecycle practices.
- Identify and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and standards.

**What you'll bring**
- 7+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership.
- Expertise in React, Typescript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving Agile development practices.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and testing skills including TDD and BDD.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
