We are seeking an pump industry focused customer service advisor for our client in Campbellfield.

Our Client is a reputable Industrial pump specialist, providing new pumps and maintenance services across Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers, resolving inquiries promptly
- Generate quotes, service reports, purchase orders, and invoices for service and site service jobs
- Collaborate with service technicians to clarify job requirements and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain expediting and delivery schedules, aligning with project timelines.
- Schedule site service work and maintain the service planned register
- Assist with various reporting tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Foster positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Support service efficiency and improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role
- preferably within the pump industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organization skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
