**About the role**:
The Client Relationship Coordinator - Digital is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing retention through deep analysis of usage behaviour data and user feedback. The role reports to the Digital Product Lead and works closely with the Digital Product Coordinator and sits within the Housing Hub Digital team. It is a multi-faceted role delivering value at every point of the customer journey and improving the user experience.

This is a customer focused role and contributes to providing an exceptional customer and user experience of our website and digital products combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is also responsible for overall quality of property listings and encourages the take up of the platform with Providers as well as the identification and take up of the solution with other identified markets.

**Location**: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide

The role is an ongoing, part-time role of 0.6 FTE.

**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in technology, design, marketing or a related discipline

**Skills & experience**:

- Experience in delivering and developing positive customer experiences through regular support and engagement activities
- Experience in analysing, developing and improving the digital customer experience
- Skills in User Experience Design (UX), User Interface Design (UI), and usability
- Experience in developing and conducting user focus groups and co-design workshops, reviewing and implementing findings and recommendations
- Experience in customer journey mapping and input into the development of a digital road map
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using and extracting data from Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Heroku/AWS or similar analytics tools and databases
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Adaptable to changing environments
