About the opportunity

Terra Firma is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated, high energy and well-networked individual to join our growing Account team and help take our organisation to the next level. We are seeking the right individuals who are ready to truly add value to our customers and provide them with an outstanding experience. At Terra Firma the work we do matters.

The principal focus of this role will be to maintain and extend current client relationships and develop diverse consulting opportunities for our staff.

To be successful in this role the following attributes will be highly regarded:
Strong relationship building and networking abilities

A consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs and defining innovative solutions

Ability to understand client needs

An ability to proactively build a pipeline of business

Exceptional communication skills

A collegiate and proactive working style

Previous experience in Business Consulting/ Contract Recruitment or similar would be highly regarded
