About the role*
In this role you work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders in our disability services team. While focussing on accounts receivable invoicing and collections, you will also support month end and other reporting functions.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Timely and accurate entry of invoices
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Assisting with month end, and preparation of monthly reports and journals
- Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Preparation of electronic transfers and payments
- Responding to queries concerning receivable or payable issues
- Administration of documentation and record keeping
**About you**
**You will be able to clearly demonstrate the following**:
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Knowledge of accounts payable function (NDIS billing experience desirable)
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Problem-solving ability
- Enthusiasm and desire to grow your career
