What You'll Do

  • Lead financial control and month-end close processes across multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and deliver accurate management accounts.
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage rental asset accounting and maintain inventory registers.
  • Mentor and guide an offshore accounting team to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Drive process improvements and system integrity across platforms like Xero, AroFlo, Cin7, Intellievent, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents, and banks.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-entity operations.
  • Confidence using tools like Xero, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive mindset with strong judgment under pressure.
