**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
**About the role**:
Working closely with the National Program Manager your skills in operational and team leadership, together with project management experience will be key to supporting both our strategic and operational objectives.
As the Implementation Manager of Service Transformation, you will be responsible for operational execution of our ongoing supermarket retail transformation program. You’ll support the Program Manager with strategic direction and lead vital continuous improvement projects within the team and program.
You will also:
- Oversee the 3 core pillars of project execution: Project Management, Planning and Quality Assurance
- Build project efficiency and capability by seeking out, creating, leading, and maintaining continuous improvement projects
- Assist with Innovation & Blueprint task flow, including review and sign off
- Oversee all project rectification processes ensuring stores are left with mínimal defects
- Visit project sites (inc. travel) as required to contribute to maintaining quality assurance, consistency and engage key stakeholders
**About you and your skills**:
You will have:
- A deep understanding of retail environments including industry and operations knowledge
- Project management skills, including exceptional organisation and stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilise and motivate teams
- The ability to travel nationally on a monthly basis
