The Implementation Consultant will:

- Work with the internal departments and client project teams to understand project scope, business requirements and implementation timeline.
- Identify creative and effective solutions to meet our client’s business requirements using the software.
- Configure and test the software to meet the defined project scope and client business requirements.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues, confidently address all challenges, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
- Conduct virtual and onsite training on the software.
- Participate with Domestic and / or Internationally travel requirements when required.
- Deliver extraordinary service resulting in every client becoming referenceable upon completing their implementation.

Your experience will consist of:

- Experience with project management and software implementation experience.
- Prior experience and understanding with either Financial, Accounting or Expense Management software.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple client projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to delegate to task owners and resources and effectively manage stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Excellent emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Natural ability to navigate a steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Accounting systems and/or software experience preferred
