Our business is growing and so is our team. We are now looking to add an additional motivated **Project Coordinator** to our already amazing team.

**THE ROLE**

Based in our office in Camberwell, this role is all about taking our clients through a premium customer experience, where you will partner with our clients and manage the workflow from Sales Accept to Handover.

The Project Co-Ordinator’s role is fundamentally a communication position both internally and externally. Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 projects and driving them efficiently forward to hit key milestones such as contract signing, and site starts. Our projects consist of one-off custom designs, displays, dual occupancy and modifications to existing designs to provide clients with a solution suitable to their individual site requirements and budget.
- 3 years previous as a Project Co-Ordinator preferably with a custom builder, KDRB or similar experience
- Read and interpret architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports
and specifications.
- Excellent understanding of residential construction methods
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service to all stakeholders.
